I have been ordering from them since half a year ago and I've always been impressed! The meals are just the right portion for me to maintain sufficient body weight, and are actually healthy! I always thought that it was challenging to make delicious and healthy meals, but Healthy Alternative has definitely achieved this feat. The BBQ chicken breasts are juicy and tender and goes very well with the sauce that they always keep on the side. Another one of my favourites is their stir fry sweet potato noodles with beef and bok choy, incorporating a bit of fusion cuisine there 🙂 Their delivery service is also on point and quite flexible with requests; just e-mail them and they will respond promptly. Anyhow, Healthy Alternative is a now part of my routine and a partner in a demanding lifestyle! They have helped relieve the stress in my busy days and provided the nutrition for me to do what needs to be done! HEALTHY ALTERNATIVE IS FANTASTIC!!! Originally the sevice was gifted to us when my husband had bypass surgery. Other people wanted to give us gifts so we told them to order more meals for us. Received my first order today. Surprised to see the huge ice pack inside which kept everything really cool even in this hot weather. Got 6 boxes for 6 meals: 3 chicken, 2 beef and 1 fish based. I was slightly concerned about the portion but after having the beef stroganoff with brown rice pasta (nvr heard of this but tasted great) and mushroom I am very full and satisfied. Great job Healthy Alternative. Looking forward to the rest of the meal boxes! A.C

Really impressed by Healthy Alternative, they provide a wide range of menus on a weekly basis. I was worried about it being repetitive but I love the variety of protein provided along with a large portion of veggies.
